Job Description

You will play a pivotal role in spearheading corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and brand collaborations for our clients esteemed talent roster. Your primary objective will be to identify strategic opportunities, negotiate contracts, and cultivate long-lasting relationships with corporate clients to elevate our talent's brand presence and generate substantial revenue streams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector, including partnerships, sponsorships, endorsements, and branded content collaborations.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage potential corporate clients, showcasing our talent roster and articulating the value proposition of collaborating with our agency.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in corporate organizations, leveraging networking events, industry conferences, and digital platforms to expand our client base.
  • Lead the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with client objectives, talent preferences, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate closely with talent managers and representatives to assess partnership opportunities, provide strategic guidance, and advocate for talent interests in all negotiations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, fostering strong and mutually beneficial relationships based on trust, transparency, and open communication.
  • Understand each client's unique needs, preferences, and brand objectives, and tailor partnership proposals and campaigns to meet and exceed their expectations.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a corporate agent role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
