We have a fantastic opportunity with a market-leading manufacturer of bathroom products. This Specification Sales Manager This role covers the South; you can be based from the Midlands down, ideally from Birmingham, Northampton, Oxfordshire, Reading, Bristol area.

THE JOB:

Develop new and grow existing business within Client Developers & Regional House Builders. Specification Sales Manager to spearhead new business activities in the housing sector, leading from the initial inquiry to successful delivery.

Work with the Projects Team to secure specifications led by client developers and regional house builders.

The main purpose of this position is to drive growth with regional and national housebuilders, SAP assessors and architects.

Key responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline effectively, surpassing revenue and margin targets, and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of key accounts

Utilise tools such as Barbour ABI, CRM, and networking to build a specification pipeline.

Convert specifications into sales through effective relationship building and negotiation.

AREA: This role is home-based, so we are flexible about where you live. You will be covering the South of the UK, so ideally someone situated centrally.

THE PERSON: It is key that you have the Specification, Regional House Builders, build to rent, M&E Contractors and Merchants experience, The industry doesn't have to be within the bathroom industry; that's ideal, you could come from flooring, construction,, plumbing etc. This role requires a proactive and commercially minded individual who can drive business growth within key accounts.

PACKAGE: Basic £45k - £50k DOE plus uncapped bonus and Car allowance
