About the client:

Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing industry leader who believe success starts with their staff and is currently looking for ambitious and results driven individuals to join their rapidly growing team of BDRs. Based in Oxford , their modern and creative office space is perfect for those who want to start their sales career with a team of staff who will invest in your career development. You will report to Business Development Manager and will play a crucial role in building relationships with prospective clients, maintain current relationships and nurture leads.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Responsible for proactive and creative outreach of key stakeholders using various prospecting methods including phone, email, Linkedin and networking at events
  • Follow a consultative questioning process when engaging and promoting the company’s products, ultimately leading to a full 360 sales cycle
  • Understand the needs of our target prospects and articulate the value that the solution provides
  • Maintain accurate and current information on prospects and interaction activities in the company CRM systems
  • Develop excellent prospect relationships leading to the growth of new business accounts

About you:

  • Recent degree-level graduate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to develop genuine relationships with prospects, customers, and colleagues
  • The ability to be consultative and curious when speaking with prospects and customers
  • Hardworking, determined individuals
  • Ambitious, self-starter equipped with tenacity, resilience and integrity
  • Thrive in a target-driven environment and deliver consistently against agreed KPI’s
