The company is now seeking an experienced Interim Head of FP&A to lead the development of a consolidated Business Plan, ensuring alignment with their ambitious post-acquisition objectives.

Role Overview: The Interim Head of FP&A will be pivotal in shaping the financial future of the company during this critical growth phase. You will be responsible for building a robust, consolidated Business Plan, providing strategic financial insights, and ensuring accurate financial forecasting and analysis. This role requires someone who has a deep understanding of Private Equity environments, strong experience in FP&A, and proficiency with advanced forecasting tools such as Anaplan and TM1.

Lead the development of a comprehensive consolidated Business Plan post-acquisition, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to the executive team, supporting decision-making processes.
Manage the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and reliability in all outputs.
Anaplan, TM1) to enhance financial planning and analysis capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather critical business data and inputs for accurate financial modeling.
Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, reporting, and analysis to support the company’s growth trajectory.
Prepare and present financial reports to Private Equity stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with investor expectations.
Mentor and guide the FP&A team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development.

Proven experience as a Head of FP&A or similar role within a Private Equity-backed company, ideally in the B2B services sector.
Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and forecasting, with a track record of building consolidated Business Plans.
Proficiency with advanced forecasting and planning tools, including Anaplan, TM1, and other relevant software.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
Experience in a high-growth, post-acquisition environment, with a solid understanding of integration and consolidation processes.
