Collections Specialist - French Speak

Location: London
Salary to £40k + Bonus + Bens
This first class American based Fashion retailer has gone from strength to strength no serviced Europe, the Middle East, and Far East from it; s London office. They continue to expand by adding a collections specialist to the team.
The purpose of the collection’s specialist will be to monitor accounts and identify overdue invoices, investigate the history of that invoice, and reach out to the client to secure payments or take necessary actions to make sure it’s paid. The Collections Specialist will mainly be dealing with European clients so speaking French or Spanish would be needed and you process payments, handle refunds, resolve billing and customer credit issues.
MUST HAVES TO BE SHORTLISTED
- Recent experience as a collection’s specialist or equivalent
- A sound understanding of billing procedures and collections (ideally skip tracing)
- Knowledge of laws around debt collecting
- Able to work to targets.
- Excellent communication skills (written and Verbal) in English but also in French or Spanish)
- Well organised and understanding of meeting deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- IT Competent in Ms Office (especially excel) and confident with databases.
- London Based and eligible to work in the UK for 5 or more years
