As a Sales Order Support Coordinator, you will process and maintain customers orders in a timely and accurate manner throughout the orders lifecycle.
Processing and maintaining a high number of orders in SAP to meet customers delivery deadlines.
Maintaining and exceeding customer expectations with a high-quality response to all customer enquiries with an aim to finding solutions.
Working closely with other departments to ensure customer expectations are met in terms of quality, service, and timescale.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails along with processing a high number of sales orders.
Previous relevant experience working in Order Processing is essential.
