As Senior Designer you are responsible for the quality, creativity, and delivery of a wide variety of projects within the Design department. You will deliver high quality design across multiple platforms and manage your project from the conception to final delivery. You will report to the to the Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:
Work with the Marketing Manager on creation of on-brand assets and campaign ideas that will push industry boundaries by demonstrating creativity and innovation with a willingness to try new ideas aligned with our Founder and brand vision.
Work with the Social Media team on producing engaging and creative content for brand channels, being mindful of new trends and platform’s functions.
Work with the E-commerce Department on creation of digital, mobile-first, engaging content across web design, web assets, email marketing, ads, etc.
Work with the Sales Team on creation of multiple assets to support their marketing activities, such as POS, shelf talkers, displays, events, etc.
Work with Clinic teams, supporting them with POS, shelf talkers, displays, brochures, forms, visual merchandising, etc.
Be responsible for requesting quotes and liaising with suppliers. Manage the projects from start to completion, making sure to work within the approved budget and to meet company standards.
Stay up to date with new trends and technologies, communicating this where appropriate.
Take responsibility for quality checks of all projects that you manage, from approving samples to overseeing final installations, when required.
Build strong relationship with suppliers and third parties.
Demonstrate the ability to work as both part of a team and independently: owning your projects and ensuring that the deliverables are not only possible, but the timeline, quality and overall result are aligned with the Founder and Brand vision.
Work as a brand guardian for the brand ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.

Requirements:
level or equivalent qualification.
5 years’ experience in design, ideally in luxury, clinical-led skincare, beauty and/or fashion or technology.
portfolio that demonstrates experience in branding, innovation, digital, packaging development and campaign creation.
experience in graphic design, videography and digital design for a premium brand or within a creative agency.
experience in delivering exceptional product campaigns, web design, emails, social content, blog styling, product assets (both UK & International) and video content.
able to adapt to change and look for opportunities to continuously improve all elements of the department.
forensic attention to detail and to always strive for perfection.
a well-rounded creative and strategic approach.
organised, a strong communicator - with the ability to forward-plan.
to manage a sometime heavy workload and to work well under pressure.
with hybrid working; 4 days in office and 1 day at home.
