We are looking for a Test Engineer who already has some proven experience in QA/QC/QE and is excited to grow even more.

What is your role?

Your specific tasks include:

  • Working on projects and assisting product teams with all common QA/QC/QE activities related to planning, preparation, execution (both manual & automated) and reporting
  • Coordinating and assisting the preparation of test environments and execution of E2E & UAT testing activities
  • Helping product teams define, develop and maintain regression test sets at different levels of the application stack that ensure functionality, stability and performance
  • Collecting test metrics and improving test coverage continually, to enhance efficiencies and software quality
  • Driving quality awareness and maturity within the organization to the next level together with your colleagues from the QA team
  • Understanding the needs of our business and translating them into a suitable test approach

Your team

Kramp's QA/QC team consists of more than 15 internal and external highly motivated professionals from different backgrounds who all share the drive to bring software quality to the next level. Your colleagues work mainly on projects but they also assist product teams with some hands-on testing. They can bring their own ideas and make them happen. Also, they spend time as a team to work on QA/QC/QE related improvements our organization can benefit from, based on a holistic software quality perspective.

Who are you?

  • Have 3+ years of proven QA/QC/QE experience which includes some test automation
  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Technology or something similar
  • Certified in ISTQB or TMap, at least the foundational level
  • Some hands-on experience with Waterfall, Agile and DevOps approaches
  • Good interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including business and suppliers of varying seniority

Preferably you also have:

  • Experience with low code platforms such as Outsystems
  • Experience with testing of SaaS solutions
  • Affinity with test infrastructure and performance testing
