We have an exiting new vacancy for a Maths A ‘Level Lecturer in our Sixth Form provision.
The purpose of this role is to deliver outstanding Maths provision to A ‘Level students through an exceptional student experience leading to positive achievement outcomes.
Deliver and teach A Level Maths, AS Level Core Maths, and GCSE Maths to A Level students, to agreed success targets.
Skills, knowledge and expertise Qualifications and training
Teaching qualification ( Applications from Newly Qualified Teachers will be considered)
Successful experience of teaching in a relevant area. For Newly Qualified or less experienced teachers, ability and the drive to become an excellent teacher are essential attributes
Level 2 qualification (GCSE A* – C, or equivalent) in maths and English or a willingness to attain these qualifications with the support of the College
Evidence of participation in, or willingness to become involved in, continuing professional development in the practice of teaching and in the further development of subject knowledge and professional practice
