We are proud to representing our well-respected legal client in their search for an Agriculture Solicitor to join their team in Colchester on a permanent basis. This position offers flexible hybrid working arrangements and a great working environment Key duties to include:
- Advise zoning and land issues.
- Attain licences and permits for agricultural operations
- Assist with the implementation of agricultural and rural land policies.
- Guide key agricultural clients with regulatory and legislative compliance.
- Provide general legal counsel to rural organisations and businesses.
- Keep up to date with present issues impacting agricultural and rural industries.
- A minimum of 3 years PQE.
- Strong experience managing a full and varied Agricultural caseload.
- Eager for a new challenge and willing to learn.
- A strong knowledge of current agricultural law.
- Rural sector and commercial property experience advantageous but not essential.
