Job Title: Purchase Ledger Controller Location: Rickmansworth Rate: £22ph - £24ph paid on a weekly basis Contract Details: 1 year Long Term Temporary role, Full Time 9am - 5pm 1 hour lunch. Hybrid once trained. Responsibilities: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Purchase Ledger Controller on behalf of our client, a leading Financial Services company. Their dedicated team is looking for an individual who can effectively handle all Accounts Payable operations and ensure the accurate loading of Supplier Invoices. Key responsibilities: Managing the end-to-end Purchase Ledger process, including invoice entry, coding, and approval Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies Performing regular supplier payment runs and ensuring timely payments Investigating and resolving any purchase order, invoice, or payment queries Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders Assisting with Month-End processes and producing relevant reports Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing necessary changes Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies Providing support and guidance to the wider finance team when requiredTo be successful in this role, you will have: Proven experience in a similar role, handling high volumes of invoices Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and systems Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting softwareIf you are a motivated individual with a strong background in Purchase Ledger and are ready to take on a new challenge, please apply with your updated CV.
