As an Azure Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Azure-based solutions that meet our clients' business and technical requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop architectures and drive the adoption of best practices in Azure cloud technologies. Key Responsibilities: Designing scalable and highly available solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform Leading the implementation and deployment of Azure-based solutions Driving the adoption of Azure cloud technologies and best practices Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions Providing guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle Performing architecture reviews and ensuring compliance with solution architecture standards Contributing to the development of technical documentation and training materials Requirements At Sword, we are proud of cultivating a respectful workplace that values the contribution of all our people, whatever their background or stage in their career. Here are the key skills and experience relevant to this role: Proven experience as an Azure Solutions Architect or similar role In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and capabilities Strong understanding of cloud architecture patterns and best practices Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions on Azure Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell and/or Azure CLI Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, such as Azure DevOps and Git Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Azure certifications, such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, are highly desirable Benefits Sword offers career paths in rapidly evolving technology spaces including Data & AI, Modern Managed Services, Information Management, Digital Services, Content Services, and Modern Workplace Transformation.
