Job Description Join us as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant (360/New Business Development)
Do you have experience working in a target driven sales role (such as property, lettings, retail, or call centre) ?

We are looking for someone who is sales orientated, passionate and motivated by targets, to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant


Here at Frank Recruitment we have an opportunity to join one of our highly successful contract recruitment teams in London, where you will get to work alongside some of our top billers.

Joining us, you would be undertaking a full 360 recruitment role, your main responsibilities will be to help bring on new clients to build your reputation in the market and to source suitable candidates for your clients' vacancies. As a Recruitment Consultant you will act as a consultant to both clients and candidates, providing insight into market trends and developing your knowledge and understanding of your market through proactive learning and research, to enable you to become a credible 'go to' person for your clients and candidates


Experience working to and exceeding sales targets (direct sales, outbound contact centres for example, but not limited to this)
This is key, as recruitment, like any sales role, can have good days as well as bad
Full training with our specialist L&D team, covering all areas of recruitment.

This would be for a full time, permanent position, based full time out of our City of London office - close to Bank, Monument and Tower Hill tube stations.
