Investment Analyst

Job Description
Stanford Real Estate Partners are working with a highly respected investor/developer to find an Investment Analyst to join them for a year long contract as they continue planned growth of their portfolio which covers residential, commercial and retail. You will work closely with senior management across the business and external parties.
Salary circa £80,000 per annum (or day rate equivalent), 12 month contract.
Responsibilities will include
Build complex financial models from scratch and liaise the business ensuring all assumptions are agreed
Structuring and management of debt financing and re-financing
Lead the monthly project finance drawdown process
Conduct asset class feasibility analysis
This is a fantastic role for an experienced analyst who has worked on transactions and has experience of liaising with valuers, banking institutions and legal teams. Experience of debt or equity side transactions will be considered. You will have outstanding communication skills and have the ability to work autonomously.
