Solution Architect – Salesforce

We’re recruiting on behalf of a large, forward-thinking organisation that’s building out its Salesforce capability as part of a major digital transformation. This is an opportunity to join a high-profile technology function that’s shaping the future of customer and digital engagement.
As a Salesforce Solution Architect , you’ll take ownership of end-to-end solution design across a suite of Salesforce products, ensuring that platforms are scalable, integrated, and aligned to business outcomes. This is a hands-on, delivery-driven position where you’ll work across multiple Salesforce clouds and integrations, including platforms such as MuleSoft, Smartcomm, and Genesys.

Lead the design of Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
Define architecture patterns, data models, and integration frameworks.
Ensure Salesforce best practice and governance are applied throughout the lifecycle.
Provide architectural guidance on security, performance, and scalability.
Influence the roadmap and contribute to continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform.
Proven background as a Salesforce Solution or Technical Architect , ideally within a complex enterprise or regulated environment.
Strong experience designing and delivering end-to-end Salesforce solutions.
Knowledge of Salesforce integration technologies (MuleSoft, APIs, middleware, or CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
Salesforce certifications (Architect, Application or System Architect, or equivalent) highly desirable.

You’ll be part of a major digital programme in one of the UK’s most ambitious transformation environments. Hybrid working (This can vary and client is open to 1 day a week depending on your location – NOT a REMOTE role)
