Robertson Bell are partnering with this housing provider as they go to market for a permanent Housing Development Finance Manager. In this Housing Development Finance Manager role, you will:
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to assess financial viability and feasibility a housing development project of around 1500 properties.
Provide strategic financial guidance and analysis to support decision-making throughout the development lifecycle.
Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets for housing development initiatives.
Conduct thorough financial risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to optimise financing structures and secure funding for housing development ventures.
Based near Manchester, this opportunity offers hybrid working, requiring you to go into the office twice a week. You will also benefit from a generous annual leave allowance, health and wellbeing rewards, and many other excellent employee perks.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial management, with a focus on housing development finance or real estate.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex financial aspects of housing development projects from inception to completion.
Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and compliance requirements related to housing development finance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and negotiate financing terms.
Passion for contributing to social impact initiatives and addressing housing affordability challenges.
