Job Description

Jack and VMA Group are looking for a digital native leader who will be developing our client’s brand through digital marketing, building awareness and driving real business growth. Leveraging sustainability thought leadership, ABM and championing demand generation.

Managing and coaching a team of 5.

Hybrid – 2 day into the office as a minimum.

Marketo experience is extremely desired

Key responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy

  • Develop, implement, and oversee the digital marketing strategy.
  • Lead a team of channel-focused specialists to increase demand, whilst positioning the brands as a sustainable leader
  • In collaboration with key stakeholders, own, manage and optimise all digital marketing channels.
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to provide an omni-channel experience.
  • Responsibility for planning and control of all digital marketing budgets that drives significant return on investment.
  • Deploy the global MarTech Stack across the global sales operating companies.
  • Deploy technical and content-focused activities on the companies’ websites to increase organic traffic.
  • Oversee the management of external agencies when required to support the delivery of the digital marketing campaigns.

Sustainability Thought Leadership & Content Strategy

  • Own communications strategy to build brand awareness and deepen customer engagement at every touch point along the customer journey.
  • Formulate a content strategy to position the brands as sustainable leaders.
  • Measure, analyse and report upon the performance of all campaigns and assess against goals.
  • Identifyand work with both internal and external subject matter experts to develop compelling sustainability content.
  • Lead a content marketing team whilst working with key stakeholders around the business to develop growth programmes (global marketing campaigns) to create demand within the key sectors.
  • Utilise owned, earned, and paid channels to deploy critical content and measure its effectiveness.
  • Work in collaboration with the creative design studio to ensure all campaigns create impact.

Leadership

  • Mentor, develop and lead the digital and content team.
  • Establish understanding of local sales operating companies' marketing capabilities and needs. Where required, provide support, advisory and training to help implement and optimise their local marketing strategy.

Your experience:

Global, Digital or product marketing team manager with a track record of driving sales growth through effective content and digital marketing deployment.

Your skills:

You are collaborative and enjoy mentoring and coaching your team. You are a strong communicator and can work successfully with cross-functional stakeholders. You are a creative thinker with an eye for data and analysis and are results-driven thinking practically and proactively to make things happen.
