We're looking for an Office Administrator to join a leader in bespoke manufacturing services at their site based in Glossop.

This is a very proactive team that requires someone with good organisational skills as well as being strong with computers. Previous office experience is preferable but not essential.

What will you be doing as an Office Administrator?

* Carrying out general administrative duties

* Checking clock cards

* Entering time sheets onto EOS system

* Raising supplier purchase orders & receipting

* Dealing with invoice queries

* Dealing with enquiries from supervision team & other branches

* Booking in of jobs onto EOS system

* Updating logs and documentation for inventory processing

* Preparing documentation and inventory for audits

* General housekeeping

What do you need?

* Previous experience in an office setting (beneficial)

* A working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes

* To be able to prioritise your workload efficiently
