You will be directly responsible for leading the Technical department, with Quality and Hygiene teams reporting into you. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of site technical objectives, implement your strategy and contribute to the senior leadership team's strategic direction.

Lead and manage the Technical department, ensuring high food safety standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Drive the implementation of BRC and HACCP standards, ensuring adherence throughout the organisation.
* Utilize your expertise in chilled and high-risk products to enhance processes and mitigate risks.
* Proven experience in a similar level role within the food industry.
* Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
