As Senior Marketing Officer you will join a multi-cultural community, where you can contribute your talent and skills to support our purpose; As a Senior Marketing Officer you willfocus on:
Delivering marketing campaigns for ENB performances across the UK, public events, engagement projects, digital platforms and more, to relevant target audiences
Working with stakeholders at UK partner venues to plan and implement local marketing campaigns.
Overseeing development of campaign assets, working in-house and with external designers.
Using ENB’s ESP, manage the schedule, content and distribution of ENB e-newsletters: writing content, pulling lists, running A/B tests, monitoring and sharing results.
Monitoring campaign results (traffic, referrals, conversions) through GA4 and wider data sources, using insights to improve performance.
As a Senior Marketing Officer you will need to demonstrate that you have :
Proven experience of working on a variety of marketing campaigns to drive engagement and ticket sales within an arts, music, or creative environment.
Experience of creating marketing collateral for on and offline activity that are impactful and meet brand guidelines, demonstrating a high standard of English in all written material.
Experience in working with a suite of analytical tools (eg GA4) to test, monitor and assess campaign performance.
Ability to develop and maintain a good knowledge of different marketing, advertising and promotional channels, and how to manage these for optimal cost/benefit impact.
