Dalkia have a fantastic opportunity for a QSHE Manager to join our team at Sizewell C on a full-time, permanent basis. The post-holder will be the main point of contact on all QSHE matters within our EDF contract, specifically on Sizewell site/s, and will provide support and advise the Operational and Projects Teams and deliver guidance and training where needed.

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week


To provide competent and definitive QSHE advice, guidance and leadership to the Operation Team and the Projects Team.
Develop and manage the maintenance of risk assessments and safe systems of work.
Manage and carry out various QSHE Inspections for Operations and Projects.
Coach and mentor employees in QSHE Induction programmes and other training requirements.
Ensure quality and health and safety standards are achieved at all times, monitor by carrying out regular site audits.


NEBOSH Diploma
Experience in CDM and Projects work
NEBOSH Construction
