Eunomia are looking for additional temporary resource, probably for 6 months, likely at Financial Controller, or Finance Manager level, to support the finance team through a period of additional work requirements, allowing the Head of Finance to step away from some of the day-to-day detail and focus on strategic work. There are 2 accounts assistants who largely manage AR and AP, so ideally there would also be management and review of their work.

The right person would have experience running finance operations and producing management accounts in a similar sized company, as well as having managed a small team.

Lead on the accurate and timely preparation of monthly management accounts
Meet regulatory responsibilities, file VAT, oversee year-end accounts and audit work
Opportunity to assist in project work as well, for example redesigning the forecasting model

Strong understanding of technical accounting in areas such as revenue recognition and group accounts/consolidation
Collaborative, professional and flexible approach
Experience working in Excel and with financial models
