Java Developer - Prime Brokerage - Financial Services

A Global Financial Services firm are looking to expand their market-leading Prime Brokerage team.

The Role:

  • Working on large scale greenfield projects across Prime Brokerage and Trading Operations.
  • Operating within a globally distributed team, designing and developing systems using Java, SQL and infrastructure based technology.
  • Predominantly working with Equities and Fixed Income Prime Brokerage
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders, taking requirements directly from business members.

They are looking for people with:

  • Very strong core Java development skills
  • Experience in database design
  • Experience working within the Prime Brokerage space
  • Experience working with messaging-based technologies
  • Financial Services experience

It'd be beneficial if you:

  • Have strong experience working with Post Trade Systems
  • Have experience working with Reference Data
  • Have worked with Cloud Based Technologies
