SEND Cover Supervisor/ Special Needs Cover Supervisor in North Birmingham.

Are you a dedicated and supportive education practictioner looking for a Cover Supervision role?
Are you able to deliver engaging pre-prepared lessons to secondary age students with autism, severe learning difficulties and complex needs?

A Cover Supervisor is required for long term supply cover in an outstanding SEND school in North Birmingham.

The role will be delivering an engaging curriculum and requires a versatile educator who is creative and caring in their approach. The school has a team of dedicated Teaching Assistants who provide fantastic support to the children.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have excellent communication skills and be able to de-escalate challenging behaviour quickly and efficiently.
