It is an exciting time to join Natures Way Foods as we are expanding our production lines and there is genuine opportunity to develop your skills and progress within the organisation.
You willoversee the management of all Production departments within your shift, directing activities to ensure that all products are manufactured on schedule and within the agreed quality standards and cost objectives.
In collaboration with the General Manager and other Shift Managers on site, develop and implement strategies to ensure the site delivers its KPI targets.
Provide clear visible leadership to the Operations team on your shift. Working with the Department Managers to drive performance on a daily and weekly basis.
Responsible for driving the culture that promotes a safe and quality driven workplace.
Clear accountability for delivery of all KPI's for your shift working with the Site Leadership team.
Being a natural leader, you will play a key role in developing and building your team to be able to perform at optimum capacity to safely deliver on NWF quality standards and customer order fulfilment.
Proven experience to manage teams within an FMCG based environment
Food Safety level 3 or equivalent
MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Intermediate)
Planning and time management skills
