In addition to being responsible for ensuring immaculate club standards and world class member service, as Deputy General Manager you will deputise for the General Manager in their absence, and this overarching experience will accelerate your development if you are hoping to manage a big premium club one day with a state-of-the-art gym, group exercise, swimming, health and beauty, junior programmes, creche, racquets, Spa, restaurant and business hub.
Experience in managing and coaching multiple departments, large teams and budgets.
A flexible approach to work (able to work up two open/close Duty Manager shifts per week and 1 in 4 weekend days).
