You will be joining a highly popular venue that specialises in delicious coffee and freshly prepared food. Featuring inviting interior that provides an intimate setting for customers to enjoy their drinks, this venue attracts a diverse crowd of locals and tourists alike, making it an ideal location for you to join.
As the newly appointed Barista, your role entails crafting beverages according to customer preferences, actively promoting additional products, delivering service to the public with kindness and courtesy, addressing any concerns or complaints, and maintaining the cleanliness of public spaces while adhering to health and safety protocols.
The ideal candidate should have previous café experience and be presentable and bubbly with a keen desire to develop through training and mentoring. You should also have a strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques as well as be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
