In-office and hybrid options considered (Kent area) We are looking for an achievement-driven telesales pro, who can take a solid brief / great sales story and run with it About you:
- You’ve worked as a professional appointment setter/prospector with great results
- You love selling and convincing people
- You value new relationships and aren’t afraid to explore where they can take you
- You can collaborate with senior sales people, attend team pipeline meetings and fill their diaries
- You’re personally motivated by success, compete with yourself and others
- You see compelling communication as an art form, and have a deep desire to perfect it
- You know how to follow up effectively to prospects
- You are numbers driven, and happy to put in the necessary amount of cold calls
- You've worked independently before, and thrive with autonomy
- You realise it takes a large number of 'no's' to get to the yes
- You can deliver a simple benefit message to a busy target audience.
- You have a passion for food, and get excited about the idea of speaking to top chefs and restaurants
- You get a kick out of researching sales prospects and can make educated assumptions on what prospects might value
- Email and linkedin, social media prospecting skills
- You're already thinking about the best ways (how, when, who) to get appointments with top restaurants and other prospects
- You’ve used CRM systems to track your sales performance
- You’ve worked as a chef, or in restaurants, in your career history and understand the pain points of the industry first hand
- You have an interest in horticulture, plants and growing
- Youve successfully sold around hospitality or food in a B2B or in a direct to consumer setting
- Competitive day rate
- Modern work culture, where autonomy and ambition is encouraged
- Great leadership, strategic direction and vision
- A disruptive product to sell, that genuinely excites it's target users
- Potential to move into more senior and permanent positions
