We are handling an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to join the highly regarded and successful Residential Property department of a prestigious law firm at their offices in Salisbury
To be considered for this busy role you must have extensive Legal Secretarial experience, preferably within Property but those with experience in other disciplines of law will be considered on their merits.
Duties will include:
  • Audio / copy typing of various documents, forms, correspondence etc
  • Opening files, dealing with all related administration
  • Answering telephone queries from clients and other third parties, answering these where possible or passing to relevant fee earner as necessary
  • Diary management
  • Filing, scanning, photocopying etc
This is a very busy role and would suit someone who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with ease.
It goes without saying that your telephone manner will be impeccable and that you will enjoy client contact
