Iconic Resourcing HR are delighted to be partnering with a well regarded business in Stirling who are looking for an OD & Talent Partner to join their HR Function. This role will involve leading on talent approaches, succession planning, leadership curriculum and building a high performance culture across the business. As a OD and Talent Partner, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing learning and development initiatives. You will work closely with key stakeholders to identify skill gaps, create tailored training programs, and drive talent management strategies that align with the business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver impactful learning solutions.
  • Partner with leaders to assess and address talent development needs.
  • Drive the performance management process to nurture high-potential employees.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in learning and development or talent management.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring
  • Ability to innovate and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
