Job Description Assembler/Production Line Temp SUMMARY: Working within a assembly department you will be required to: build/assemble electronic products working on an assembly production line. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assemble electronic PCB's into enclosures along with associated packaging and labelling.
  • Utilise small hand tools for positioning parts to assist in assembly operation.
  • Perform electrical functional tests on assembled units.
  • Work in an organised manner with the ability to keep count of parts.
  • Ability to operate automated test equipment + record results.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Work in a static controlled environment.
  • Work in conjunction with an ISO 9001quality management system.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
  • Good computer literacy necessary for test data input.
  • Good eye/hand coordination (i.e. can work with small parts and assemblies).
  • Ability to read and speak English fluently.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Previous production line working will be an advantage.
  • An ability to communicate and listen effectively in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Wage: £12.00 per hour
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 07.45 to 15.45
  • Temporary 3 month contract
  • Location: Bradford
  • Preferred start date: As soon as possible
