IGT PlayDigital marketing team is looking to recruit a Marketing Specialist for Malta team, with a focus on casino games roadmap promotions and go-to-market plan execution.
The Marketing Specialist will promote slots/games both to the general market and directly with operators (in collab with commercial/product), applying relevant marketing GTM tactics to maximize support for game launches and overall operator adoption.
Participates in commercial and product calls focused on product release & GTM ( refer to "go to market") identifying product release milestones, part of the joint roadmap exercise. 
• Plans Games GTM and breaks down tasks for other marketing stakeholders. 
• Maximizes creative opportunities together with commercial and product teams, brainstorms. 
• Builds and executes Games GTM including creative/campaign proposals and competition watch, plus rest of the GTM tactics including tiered system, all communications, events, network and direct promotions.
• Selects appropriate GTM tactics (social, video, events, streamers, campaigns etc.)
• Coordinates production of relevant collateral including game videos, designs, roadmaps, social media updates and website content in collaboration with design team, communications manager and other internal stakeholders.
• Maintains GTM Roadmap, regularly syncs with key commercial and product stakeholders. 
• You are ambitious, looking to learn and grow as marketing professional
• You have a passion for promoting casino technology and games
Experience in Casino (including operator CRM or Affiliate marketing) and general Gambling knowledge is an asset
