This role involves overseeing marketing and communication strategies, coordinating promotional activities and events, and ensuring cohesive communication across various channels. Responsibilities include strategic planning, campaign analysis, and consistent messaging and branding. Assist in implementing marketing and communication strategies aligned with organisational goals.
Create visually appealing marketing materials, both on and offline, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Help develop engaging content for diverse marketing channels, including the website, email campaigns, blog posts, case studies/white papers, and promotional/educational videos.
Analyse campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations.
Work with HR to create engaging content for various internal communication channels.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Assist in managing relationships with vendors, agencies, and partners to execute marketing initiatives.
Represent the organisation at industry events and networking opportunities (International and domestic travel will be required).
Work with our PR agency and assist with media relations, including press releases and interviews.
Support the Marketing Performance Officer with paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
Update and maintain the company website using our Content Management System (CMS) to ensure accurate and engaging content.
Assist in managing marketing inboxes and responding to enquiries promptly.
Maintain and organise marketing databases, ensuring data hygiene and compliance with data protection regulations.
Assist in preparing marketing reports, documentation, and presentations to support marketing initiatives and track performance metrics.
Liaise with external vendors and suppliers for marketing materials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Provide administrative support for marketing events, including logistics coordination, attendee registration, and post-event follow-up.
Assist the Marketing team with ad hoc administrative tasks to support overall departmental objectives and initiatives.
Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the organisation's values and offerings.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role, with proven B2B-focused copywriting expertise.
Strong social media content creation skills and Canva/Adobe Suite proficiency for design work. Working knowledge of content management systems (WordPress/Drupal or similar) and automated marketing software (Spotler/Pardot/HubSpot or equivalent).
Experience in CRM administration (Access/Salesforce/MS Dynamics or similar)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth understanding of digital and social marketing best practices.
Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
