Our client is a national wealth management firm who are looking for a Paraplanner to support the Financial Advisers by carrying out high quality research on a full range of financial planning products and services including pensions, life insurance, tax planning and investment management to enable the Advisers to provide a full holistic advice service to clients, which delivers good outcomes.
Undertake appropriate, accurate and relevant research, based on the information gathered by the Financial Advisers, known information for clients in the on-going advice service and existing products/services the client has, to enable the Advisers to recommend a suitable solution to meet the client’s needs and objectives with a good outcome.
Prepare suitability reports and letters for the Financial Advisers to provide their recommendation based on our knowledge of the client, their documented needs, objectives, risk profile, to support a good client outcome, adapting your approach for clients in vulnerable circumstances.
When undertaking research or preparing suitability reports proactively identify areas of potential future advice and raise with the Financial Adviser for them to discuss with the client.
RQF level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).
Experience in all Financial Planning practices and disciplines including Investments, Pensions and Protection, gaining experience of dealing with more complex areas of financial planning advice.
