We are working with a leading experiential agency in London - hunting a top Creative Director in the space - someone with exceptional portfolio of culture leading creative executions in live and film environments.

We want a big idea thinker who will lead international projects/programmes for several major brands and drive excellence and team development.

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative Director to lead and inspire a talented team in delivering cutting-edge, award-winning campaigns. This role requires an expert in experiential marketing who can shape unforgettable brand experiences, paired with a strong background in film and content production to drive impactful storytelling across multiple platforms.

As the Creative Director, you will take the lead on concept development, creative strategy, and project execution, working closely with clients to bring their visions to life. This role offers the opportunity to work with some of the world’s most recognisable brands, delivering work that not only engages audiences but pushes the boundaries of what’s possible.

Creative Leadership : Lead multidisciplinary teams, including designers, writers, and producers, to develop and execute innovative experiential campaigns and compelling content.
Develop and pitch fresh, bold ideas that captivate audiences and align with client objectives.
Design immersive brand experiences that resonate deeply with audiences, leveraging the latest trends and technologies.
Content Excellence : Oversee the production of high-quality film, video, and digital content, expertise on-set, ensuring consistency in tone, message, and visual identity.
Serve as a trusted partner to clients, understanding their brand and strategic goals while translating these into impactful creative solutions.
Mentor and inspire the creative team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Industry Leadership : Stay ahead of trends in experiential marketing, storytelling, and content production, positioning the team as thought leaders in the space.

Proven track record in a senior creative leadership role within an agency environment.
Expertise in experiential marketing , with a portfolio showcasing successful large-scale campaigns for leading brands.
Strong experience in film and content production , with a deep understanding of storytelling, on-set, video creation, and digital distribution.
Highly skilled in translating brand strategy into innovative, audience-first creative solutions.
Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to build, guide, and motivate high-performing teams.
Familiarity with emerging trends, technologies, and tools in the creative and marketing industries.
