As the Customer Service Executive you will effectively manage the customer and site requirements accompanied with the scheduling of internal engineers to support with queries. from a help point of view. If you're a confident communicator with an ability to provide a positive customer experience this is the position for you.

Handling of complaints in accordance with the agreedescalation process
