Philips Scanners / Software Technical SME - Digital Histopathology

Location: Merseyside (Onsite not remote)

Rate: £350 per day ( Outside IR35 )

Term: 6 months

Experience Required:

Technical SME with knowledge and experience of diagnostics and Philips scanners / software

Role:

*Act as the key link interpreting any technical challenges the labs are experiencing and liaising with the system supplier and local IT teams to identify solutions for them to implement.

*Onsite service (spread across the multi Trusts) interacting with local Lab Managers to capture current operational issues (related to the technology) and working with suppliers to design solutions for implementation.

*Provide insight to the Digital Lead and Programme Manager to shape the culture and capability for Diagnostics to fully realise the benefits.

*Drive adoption through influence, alignment and improvement

*Increase transparency and sharing of the processes followed at each site, with each scanner, where possible to agree consistent operating standards.

*Inform contract management with supplier and the specification for any future procurement.

An excellent contract opportunity for a Philips Scanners / Software Technical SME to ensure technology is not sighted as the barrier to greater adoption as it is perceived that the scanners and software do not allow for effective working.
