Recruitment Solutions Workforce is recruiting a Production Technician for our client, a small yet dynamic LED lighting and control systems business based in Cwmbran. This is an exciting opportunity to join our client and be the driving force behind the evolution of LED lighting technology

Dive into the heart of innovation as you contribute manufacturing of cutting-edge LED solutions, with input into product design and manufacturing improvements.

Your role extends beyond the factory floor, with exciting opportunities for on-site projects. Manufacturing Excellence:

* Work on the production process of LED lighting and control systems with a keen eye for detail.

* Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet or exceed industry standards.

* Collaborate with the design team to provide valuable insights for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. Contribute ideas for new product features, enhancements, and manufacturing techniques.

* On-Site Projects:

* Showcase your technical skills by efficiently addressing challenges during on-site installations.

Possess a good understanding of LED technologies, electrical systems, and various control systems.

* Act as a resource for the team, providing guidance and training on technical aspects.

Take ownership of projects and demonstrate leadership in problem- solving.

* Drive efficiency and effectiveness in production processes, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Educational background in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.

* Proven experience in LED manufacturing and a strong grasp of electrical systems.

* Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead projects.
