As an Acquisition Delivery Manager, your role will be pivotal in driving forward our Programme, ensuring seamless coordination with our esteemed customers and internal teams to achieve superior site solutions in terms of time, cost, and quality. Your commitment to meeting our commercial targets and exceeding customer delivery expectations will be the foundation of your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery Excellence: Lead and inspire Acquisition Delivery Managers to execute acquisition activities with precision across all programs, driving towards our and our Shareholder targets.
- Dependency Management: Navigate and manage dependencies with regional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless support for acquisition targets.
- Strategic Reporting: Maintain accurate acquisition status reports and collaborate with reporting teams to identify areas for enhancement and drive effective delivery.
- Expert Guidance: Apply your telecoms acquisition and property expertise to guide and validate the work of your team, ensuring consistent best practices for delivery excellence.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and landlords to facilitate smooth acquisition processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing improvement initiatives to enhance acquisition processes and documentation.
- Supplier Management: Effectively manage and collaborate with third-party suppliers to ensure seamless acquisition operations.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies to safeguard project success.
- Landlord Engagement: Cultivate positive relationships with landlords to secure optimal lease terms and permissions.
- Compliance & Security: Uphold compliance standards and ensure security protocols are adhered to throughout the acquisition process.
