Requirements and Skills:

  • DevelopmentExperience: Prior experience as a Developer or Designer is aprerequisite, with a documented history of prosperous projectexecutions.
  • A solid command of various ServiceNow TMTcomponents is essential, encompassing ITSM, FSM, TNI, OMT, SPM, andTSOM.
  • A minimum of 5 years ofhands-on experience working withTelCo clients, particularly within the OSS Domain, covering ServiceAssurance, Fulfilment, Activation, Plan & Build, OM, and FieldServices Management.
  • A minimum of 2 hands-on implementationswith the ServiceNow platform, ideally beyond ITSM.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, coupled with the capacityto dissect intricate technical challenges.
  • Strongcommunication and interpersonal abilities are indispensable forsuccessful collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Possession ofServiceNow certifications is an advantage and will be highly regarded.
