Are you a Registered Nurse who can provide exceptional care and support the clinical lead in this warm, family-feel setting? You will need be a qualified nurse with registration with a professional body (e.g. NMC) and have excellent level of English. You will be expected to have the experience in a similar environment and be happy to complete further training and development as required.

Excellent Communication with a good level of English - written and verbal

* Level 1 Registered Nurse Qualification

* Able to maintain all care plans/care records in accordance with the service’s policy and audit care records following company policy to ensure compliance

* Plan, develop, implement and assess approaches to promote health and wellbeing

* Ensure that service users are at the heart of the care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing

* Undertake the care planning activities for service users to meet changing physical, psychological and social needs, taking into consideration privacy, dignity, personal choice and informed consent

* Ensure care plans are developed in collaboration with service users, their families and friends (where appropriate) and members of the multidisciplinary team

* Undertake all aspects of medication management in line with legal, professional and regulatory requirements

* Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals supported by the service
