Below is the broader and exciting remit that you will be involved in as the Brand and Communication Manager at GENCFO.
What we are looking for is a proactive individual who will create corporate and product marketing materials that communicate our product features, and develop the marketing assets and campaigns to attract new prospects and customers.
The beauty of this role is that you have the opportunity to work with an established team of motivated masters, and grow the brand and content and collaborate on the marketing of these products - you could be the one who takes them to the next level

- We will also be relaunching our advertising and content product, the GENCFO Tech 100, and more.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop a rich mix of Corp and Product content aligned to our unique brand
- Develop and refine brand and product messaging to drive interest and engagement, for long form, blog, web copy, email
- Create a range of social and video content to form marketing campaigns
- Create engaging, interactive content specific to each channel
- Create an archive of content and marketing assets for templated use
- Manage and deliver social media content and track/manage performance
- Create and deliver digital assets for websites and email for digital team to deliver
- Support web publishing process and PR requirements
- Manage multiple content projects/campaigns
- Produce regular campaign reports on performance and results
- Provide guidance, knowledge and insights on social and video best practices
- Collaborate on innovative digital marketing campaigns to drive a consistent flow of high-quality leads with a strong commercial outcome
- Improving new campaigns in collaboration with the Head of Digital and Head of Product using data from existing and previous campaigns

So, what skills are we looking for?
Essential:
- 5+ years brand and content marketing experience
- Creative, and proactive self-starter who can walk the talk and deliver solid marketing and communications activity that in turn helps deliver business growth
- Excellent confident, communicator who can share and articulate ideas, and work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail with outstanding problem-solving skills
- A passion for storytelling and product messaging to communicate information about the brand and encourage social sharing to maximise brand awareness
- Excellent copywriting skills for all forms
- Excellent graphic design skills in producing content and editing across a variety of marketing and communications channel
- Experience working with video editing (specifically Canva, Camtasia, Descript)
- Experience in digital marketing, social media marketing and email marketing
- Experience using a Content Management System
Preferential
- Experience working with the Adobe Suite (specifically Photoshop and InDesign)
- Experience with SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
