Workshop Manager vacancy In Reading, Berkshire An exciting career enhancing opportunity has arisen in our client's Aftersales department in Reading, Berkshire. Our client is seeking an aftersales professional with experience of dealing with technical issues, along with the proven ability to effectively manage a productive service workshop. Enhancing workshop productivity by motivating a team of workshop technicians will be something you will be familiar with too. This company are an established customer focused and colleague friendly dealership, where customer satisfaction is achieved through team work and you are recognised and rewarded. We are looking for a candidate who is customer focused and motivated to effectively coordinate efficiency and productivity through the workshop. Dealing with technical issues and driving the business forward.

This candidate will already be experienced in providing Technical Support and take pride in delivering exceptional levels of Customer delight. Whilst managing the workshop and dealing with technical issues. Also self-motivated, with the ability to promote quality workmanship, whilst encouraging and motivating Technicians to optimise workshop productivity and efficiency. The ideal candidate will also be familiar with working in a fast paced working environment with quality and customer satisfaction at the forefront of their actions. A Full, UK driving licence and proven experience in this role are essential. Salary The salary for this role will be 40,000, with the opportunity to increase earnings with a targeted bonus scheme 60K+ OTE, along with many company benefits.
