The business and the team have expanded significantly since their launch.
They sit in a growing and sustainable sector and contribute to a better planet.
There are exciting plans afoot and with that comes the need to hire an experienced Senior Ecommerce Executive. The successful hire will shape online strategy, drive online sales.
The Role:
- Own and manage daily trading and content on the D2C website
- Optimise customer experience, increasing conversion and driving growth through ecommerce strategy
- Analyse sales data, customer trends and competitors, delivering actionable insight to inform trading strategy
- Plan and deliver promotional campaigns ensuring they deliver maximum impact
- Own website updates including new landing page creation, trade calendar and web content
- Improve the customer journey with enhances site navigation
- Implement A/B testing programs to optimise the customer experience
- Partner with colleagues in brand and marketing to create fully integrated campaigns inline with overarching brand strategy
- Work closely with the customer acquisition teams to enhance experience and ensure consistent messaging
- Oversee onsite content and product data
- Own product reporting and pricing strategies to maximise sales opportunities
- Monitor and report on Ecommerce KPIs
