The current hours are 37 hours per week. We work on a 3 shift per 24 hours basis 07.00am to 14.45, 14.30 to 22.00, Sleeps and Waking nights from 22.00 to 7.00am and our homes are open 365 days a year. This post also attracts enhancements for unsocial working hours:
- Starting rate at £17.12 per hour, rising to £19.00
- Overnight is £22.83 per hour, rising to £25.33
- Saturday is £25.68 per hour, rising to £28.50
- Sunday and Bank Holidays are £34.24 per hour, rising to £38
- Supporting to achieve their personal wishes and goals
