We are looking for bright individuals with a love for meat to join our Spalding site as an Abattoir Butchery Apprentice. To offer Safeguarding and to support the apprentice and be responsible for ensuring that the workplace provides a safe environment by completing Health and Safety Assessments.
We will communicate effectively with apprentices using appropriate tools and hold regular meetings with apprentices, their line managers and the training provider.
You will work with training providers supporting the agreement of on and off job development plans with the learners.
