Role : Senior Video Conferencing Consultant Location : Bristol (Queen Square)

Jugo is redefining enterprise engagement with our immersive and branded virtual environments, transforming how businesses operate and connect. As we evolve our offering, we’re seeking a Senior Video Conferencing Consultant to lead the development of a standalone and complementary SaaS video platform for Jugo. This is a unique opportunity to shape the next generation of digital communication tools in an ambitious, high-growth environment.


We are looking for an experienced consultant with a solid background in video conferencing technology and SaaS productization. The ideal candidate will have technical strategy expertise and can execute a comprehensive go-to-market plan for Jugo’s new video platform, preferably with prior experience working with platforms like Zoom and\or Microsoft Teams.


Own and drive both the strategic and technical direction of a new standalone SaaS video conferencing platform that complements existing solutions such as, but not limited to Zoom and Teams, with a focus on immersive user experiences.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, designers, sales and other stakeholders to define technical requirements ensuring high-quality solutions that align the technical development with business objectives.
Define and implement a go-to-market (GTM) strategy, covering approaches such as partnership, add-on and stand-alone application
Drive innovation and stay ahead of trends in video communication and enterprise SaaS solutions,
Architect and design scalable and robust video conferencing solutions, providing high quality and detailed documentation
Responsible for the overall performance and user experience of the SaaS video conferencing platform.
Ensure seamless integration of video conferencing capabilities with other SaaS products and third-party applications.
Ensure the platform meets industry standards for security, scalability, and performance.

Support and Troubleshooting:

Provide advanced troubleshooting and support to resolve issues promptly and effectively.

Fully up to date with the latest trends and advancements in video conferencing and related technologies.
Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and technologies that can enhance our video conferencing solutions.
Comprehensive knowledge of advanced video conferencing features and functionalities, including user engagement tools, branded experiences, and cutting-edge interactive technologies.


5+ years of experience in delivering SaaS products related to video conferencing space.
~ Experience working with or developing for Zoom or Microsoft Teams highly desirable.
~ Deep understanding of Zoom and Microsoft Teams SDKs and APIs.
~ Strong network in the video conferencing or SaaS industry.
~ Strong technical expertise in video technologies, protocols (e.g., Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends, user needs, and competitive positioning in the video conferencing space.
~ Experience developing go-to-market plans, including user acquisition, launch strategies, and long-term growth plans.



Experience with immersive technologies, 3D rendering, or related tools (e.g., Unreal Engine, WebGL, or similar).
AWS, Azure).
