The Shift Pattern for the role is Sunday to Thursday 21.Lead and develop a team of Section Managers, driving both individual and departmental performances.
Ensure the operational output within your designated factory area meets KPIs, targets, and business objectives.
Champion the Zone for customer visits and audits, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and delivery.
Ensure adherence to all food safety, health & safety, and quality standards.
Provide feedback and analyse the effectiveness of new projects, policies, and procedures to senior management.
Proven experience as a Section or Production Manager within a food manufacturing environment with experience of leading production & site operations.
Project and continuous improvement experience.
Customer-centred approach to work, using customer specifications and company standards to measure quality of product.
