Sales Rental Administrator

Verus Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a market leader in the truck rental industry, renowned for their commitment to quality and innovation. The Sales Rental Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, handling customer interactions, and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process. Your friendly and charismatic persona will be essential in providing customers with a smooth rental experience and assisting the sales team in achieving their objectives.

Organise and prepare sales-related documents such as rental agreements and customer correspondence.
Support the sales team by coordinating meetings, presentations, and other activities aimed at driving sales efforts.
Compile and analyse sales data to generate reports, facilitating performance tracking and identifying areas for improvement.
a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
Experience with CRM and rental management software is highly beneficial.
Standard holidays + bank holidays off

Overtime is paid at time and a half.
