Account Management: Manage a portfolio of online accounts, including platforms like Amazon, Wayfair, and others. Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to these accounts.
Ecommerce Strategy: Develop and execute effective strategies to enhance visibility, rankings, and sales growth on assigned platforms. Utilise knowledge of Amazon Ads, Wayfair Ads, and other advertising tools to measure and refine campaigns for optimal results.
Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing team to develop annual brand and promotional sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Identify opportunities for upselling and new product additions to drive incremental sales.
Performance Monitoring: Keep up to date with performance metrics, category online trends, and consumer insights. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and improve overall online performance.

Proven experience in ecommerce account management, ideally with a focus on platforms like Amazon and Wayfair.

Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in using data to drive business decisions.
Knowledge of Amazon Ads, Wayfair Ads, or similar advertising platforms is highly desirable.
